I had a tattoo that I’d wanted to cover up for three years, but I was always nervous about the new design not coming out the way I envisioned. Then I found Sanel’s page and instantly fell in love with his work. When I reached out, he put me at ease right away, taking the time to understand exactly what I wanted so he could create a custom design. Let me tell you—he absolutely nailed it! Sanel incorporated everything I asked for and executed the design to perfection. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Sanel is incredibly skilled, experienced, and welcoming. If you’re looking for a tattoo artist, I’d 100% recommend Sanel! Cleanliness: Very pretty inside and clean Stylist: Sanel was my artist. 10/10. Very talented!

When I tell you that this tattoo shop is actually heaven on earth i am not exaggerating. I went to Orpheus for my first tattoo and called in advance to get a consultation. They were so responsive and helpful I was able to get in the same day for a consultation. I met Kanon who was so supportive throughout the whole process. She was reassuring, communicative, and so creative. When I went for my appointment, Kanon was so welcoming and do meticulous in her work. We had a great time and she was so focused on making sure that this tattoo was incredible. This may have been my first tattoo, but I will never go to another place other than Orpheus.

First things first, the shop itself- Outside was clean, welcoming, inviting- all around an easy going feeling walking up to the door (which is more important than you think) Inside was immaculate, music was dope, reception was helpful and welcoming as soon as you enter the door. Decor is on point but what stuck out to me was the cleanliness. It was so clean and smelt so good EVERYWHERE. To make it even better everyone that works there has such a good vibe and attitude, it completely eliminated the typical “stuffy” vibe I have gotten from other shops I’ve been too. I was offered coffee, water, soda as I waited for my appointment (which wasn’t long). You just have to go there to see what i mean but the vibe was vibin’. I went with Devin as my artist and he exceeded all my expectations. From initial IG message to consult to tattoo day to aftercare, communication was on point, he was super helpful, and extremely accommodating. My tattoo itself, I am in awe at how dope it came out. Have no idea how he turned a purple blob stencil into the actual MASTERPIECE that i get to have on me forever, but I will continue to book appointments with him. The detail, the talent, more beverage and food offerings, his own excitement for the piece- it all came together and i can’t wait to come back for many more sessions. Sanel is an amazing artist. You can’t even see where the old tattoo was. The shop was the cleanest I’ve been too and all the staff were phenomenal! Already planning my next visit.

Such attentive care here at Orpheus! I don’t have the most experience with tattoo shops but this place felt levels above anything else I’ve experienced. The place felt clean, comfortable, and relaxing. I didn’t feel nervous advocating for myself when it came to pain and artistic design. Special shoutout to my artist Kanon, it felt like my bestie was tattooing me fr 🫶🏽I’m not even from NJ, was visiting from out of state and decided to get a tattoo on a whim. Best impulsive decision ever!
