Do not send direct transfers. The deposits go towards the final price of your tattoo. Deposits are non-refundable.
If an emergency happens, contact the studio at least 48 hours prior to your session. The deposit will be held for a rescheduled date.
If you are sitting with the original artist, the touch up is complimentary for up to one year. If it is a piece done outside the studio then you need to book a consult to talk to the artist.

At the front desk, we accept all major cards. We also partner with Afterpay. We do not accept personal money transfers to artists directly.
If you would like to use numbing cream, we ask that you let the artist know before they start tattooing as it introduced new elements to the tattoo area. Our artists are not held liable for how it can affect the results.
